Once a project has been completed, Interactive can offer a continued aftercare package, which can provide quality assurance and peace of mind.
Our aftercare programme is totally flexible and can be structured to meet your own precise needs, with planned and preventative maintenance, scheduled routine servicing and 48 hour emergency call out (subject to terms). All of our service and maintenance plans are managed on a pre-agreed contract cost, and can be placed on a 1 year or 3 year terms. Flexible aftercare package.
